 ripted and those who are successful at it can think quickly on their feet 
 and deal with unplanned situations with finesse. This highly interactive\,
  fun 2-hour workshop will help you heighten your skills in communicating w
 ith customers and off-the-cuff scenarios to up your sales game!\n\nAbout t
 he instructor: Lori Muhlstein is an accomplished trainer\, facilitator\, a
 nd actor/director. Combining a successful corporate career in sales\, comm
 unications\, and training and a background in performing arts\, Lori's pro
 fessional development workshops integrate improv and role-play to create f
 un and meaningful learning experiences. She is a StageCoach Theatre compan
 y member who has performed in "Exit Stage Death" and directed "Stand Up fo
 r Santa" and "Barnyard Christmas". She is also a member of the StageCoach 
 Bandits Improv Troupe.
