 n\nJunior Claus is the only son of Santa and Mrs. Claus. Like many teenage
 rs\, Junior is reluctant to take over the family business. Unsure of himse
 lf\, Junior puts more faith in his technological inventions than in good o
 ld-fashioned Christmas magic\, much to the chagrin of his father. But\, wh
 en a sudden drop in Christmas spirit renders Santa incapable of making the
  great ride\, Junior must take the reins. Meanwhile\, a scheming\, miserly
  elf takes advantage of Santa’s absence as he plots to turn the workshop
  into a for-profit enterprise. Together with his overly cheery elf best fr
 iend\, a gregarious penguin and a host of colorful characters\, Junior mus
 t learn the true meaning of Christmas in time to save the day. With a tune
 ful score\, a flexible cast of beloved Christmas characters old and new an
 d a Pixar-esque tone\, Junior Claus is a comedic holiday adventure for t
 he whole family.\n\nAuditions will be held\n\nSaturday and Sunday\, Augus
 t 26 and 27 from 1:00 – 3:00pm\n\nPlease complete an audition form and
  reserve a timeslot for your audition. At the auditions\, please:\n\n 	T
 ell a joke.\n 	Present a memorized 1-minute comedic monologue.\n 	Sing 1 v
 erse of a Christmas carol. Accompaniment is at your discretion (meaning yo
 u can bring a backing track on your phone if you want). None will be provi
 ded.\n\nOpen to ages 10 – Adult.\n\nNo video auditions will be accepted.
  If you cannot make the audition dates as scheduled\, please contact us 
 to schedule another time to meet with the director.\n\nRehearsals will beg
 in September 7 and will be held twice weekly from 5:00 – 7:00pm at Stage
 Coach Theatre in Ashburn.\n\nPerformances will be held December 9\, 16\, 2
 1\, 22 &amp\; 23 at 7:00pm and December 10 &amp\; 17 at 2:00pm. \n\nPerfo
 rmers are not charged a fee to participate. This is also a volunteer oppor
