Puffs

Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic

For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs… who just happened to be there too. A tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.

Puffs is not authorized, sanctioned, licensed or endorsed by J.K Rowling, Warner Bros. or any person or company associated with the Harry Potter books, films or play.

Auditions will be held on Saturday, March 16 from 12:00 noon – 3:00pm. Callbacks will be held on Sunday, March 17 from 12:00 noon – 4:00pm. An additional audition date has been added for Saturday, April 13 from 4:00 – 6:00pm with callbacks on Sunday, April 14 from 12:00 noon – 3:00pm.

Open to ages 12 – 19.

Prepare two memorized monologues: one comedic and one dramatic. Each monologue should be about one minute long.

Evening rehearsals will be held the weeks of June 24 – 28 and July 1 – 5. Camp-style rehearsals will be held Monday – Friday July 8 – 12 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Pick-up rehearsal will be held on July 18 from 5:00 – 9:00pm.

Performances will be held July 12, 13, 19 & 20 at 7:00pm and July 14 & 21 at 2:00pm.

This camp will be held in person at StageCoach Theatre in Ashburn.

Tuition: $600 for the 3-week camp. Scholarships are available through the StageCoach Foundation.

Students should plan to bring their own snack, lunch, and bottled water.
